Managing Software Project Risk

After the completion of the course, the participants would be able to identify and quantify risk criteria and rank index for risk analysis in their projects; construct a test inventory and use it for conducting risk analysis; and use risk analysis methods and techniques to plan, execute, and measure their projects’ risks

This course on managing software project risk is a mix of case-driven and instructor-led learning, designed to enable participants learn, experiment and implement the concepts involving application of risk management techniques in project execution and in a test scenario. To enable a thorough hands-on of the concepts taught in the class room, the course is structured around a set of formal case studies.
